1 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process or by using any part of the ceo99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply fully with these Terms. This acceptance applies to every login session and every transaction carried out.

ceo99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 User Eligibility

ceo99 services are only open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

3 Account Registration

False or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ceo99 platform are subject to the following limits and procedures:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes after identity verification is complete.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

ceo99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are signs of suspicious activity or if the user's verification documents are still incomplete. All funds in an account belong solely to the registered user and may not be transferred to another party.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

The ceo99 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit of up to RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM100 and an account balance of RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each user is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.

6 User Conduct

Users of the ceo99 platform are required to interact in a respectful, honest and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.

Users may also request to close their own account by contacting ceo99 customer support. Any balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.
